Responsibilities

  • Manage and document day-to-day employee relations issues, including grievances and interpersonal conflicts.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and local labor laws through regular audits and updates.
  • Administer disciplinary actions in alignment with the company’s code of conduct and legal standards.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement across the organization.
  • Act as a mediator in conflict resolution scenarios to maintain a professional and harmonious work atmosphere.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate employee records and documentation related to ER cases.
  • Provide guidance to department heads regarding performance management and disciplinary procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, specifically focusing on Employee Relations or Generalist functions.
  • Deep understanding of Philippine Labor Code and employment regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of integrity and professional discretion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Ability to remain calm and objective under pressure during conflict situations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
