As an HR Coordinator, you will be instrumental in maintaining a healthy work environment by managing employee grievances, navigating conflict resolution, and overseeing disciplinary procedures. Responsibilities
- Manage and document day-to-day employee relations issues, including grievances and interpersonal conflicts.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and local labor laws through regular audits and updates.
- Administer disciplinary actions in alignment with the company’s code of conduct and legal standards.
- Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement across the organization.
- Act as a mediator in conflict resolution scenarios to maintain a professional and harmonious work atmosphere.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate employee records and documentation related to ER cases.
- Provide guidance to department heads regarding performance management and disciplinary procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, specifically focusing on Employee Relations or Generalist functions.
- Deep understanding of Philippine Labor Code and employment regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of integrity and professional discretion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to remain calm and objective under pressure during conflict situations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
