Elco Advance Engineering is currently seeking a dedicated and organized HR cum Admin Executive to join our dynamic team in Jelutong, Penang. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about human resources and office administration.
In this role, you will be responsible for the full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Your administrative expertise will ensure the smooth daily operations of our office, maintaining efficient workflows and supporting cross-functional teams.
You will collaborate closely with management to implement HR policies, manage employee records, coordinate training programs, and handle payroll administration. Additionally, you will oversee office management tasks, vendor negotiations, and facilities coordination to create an optimal working environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data entry, and compliance documentation in accordance with Malaysian labor regulations
- Administer payroll processing, benefits enrollment, leave management, and employee claims
- Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance appraisal coordination
- Oversee office administration including supplies procurement, facilities management, and vendor coordination
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and organizational development initiatives
- Coordinate training programs, team events, and internal communications
- Assist management with reporting, data analysis, and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems
- Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Self-motivated team player capable of working independently under minimal supervision
