Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Employee Relations team, ensuring high performance and continuous professional growth.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflicts in compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws.
  • Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, policy violations, and other sensitive workplace issues.
  • Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures related to employee relations, ensuring they align with best practices and legal requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance and consultation to management and employees on employee relations matters, performance management, and HR policies.
  • Monitor and analyze employee relations trends, recommending proactive strategies to improve workplace morale and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions and department heads to support a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all employee relations cases and maintain comprehensive records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Legal Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Employee Relations, with at least 2-3 years in a team lead or supervisory capacity, preferably within the BPO industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws (Labor Code of the Philippines, DOLE issuances, etc.) and best practices in employee relations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee investigations and resolution processes effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a proven capacity to guide and develop a team.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and standard office software; experience with BPO-specific HR tools is a plus.
