Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
- Administer and ensure strict compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and relevant Malaysian labor laws (e.g., Employment Act 1955).
- Collaborate with department heads to support strategic workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters with fairness, discretion, and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee the performance management cycle, including annual appraisals, goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs, initiatives, and internal communications to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR databases, and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Assist in preparing comprehensive HR reports, analytics, and presentations for management review and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in a Human Resources Executive or Generalist role, preferably within a dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding and practical application of Malaysian labor laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Proficiency in using HR software/HRIS and strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity and discretion.
- Proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and possessing strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
