Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment and selection processes, specifically for retail roles, from job posting to offer management and onboarding.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws and best practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing queries and providing support on HR-related matters.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance staff capabilities and career growth.
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
- Support payroll administration by compiling necessary data and liaising with the finance department.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR information systems (HRIS).
- Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
- Demonstrable experience within the retail or e-commerce industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
