Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment and selection processes, specifically for retail roles, from job posting to offer management and onboarding.
  • Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws and best practices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing queries and providing support on HR-related matters.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance staff capabilities and career growth.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
  • Support payroll administration by compiling necessary data and liaising with the finance department.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR information systems (HRIS).
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
  • Demonstrable experience within the retail or e-commerce industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
