Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract administration.
- Maintain and update accurate employee databases and HR information systems (HRIS) ensuring data integrity.
- Support recruitment activities such as job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and workplace culture.
- Administer employee benefits, leave management, and work pass applications in accordance with MOM regulations.
- Provide support for performance management cycles and training development programs.
- Address employee inquiries regarding company policies and HR practices with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in an HR administrative or generalist role.
- Strong understanding of local employment laws and statutory regulations in Singapore.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Organized, meticulous, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
