  • Support recruitment activities such as job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and workplace culture.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave management, and work pass applications in accordance with MOM regulations.
  • Provide support for performance management cycles and training development programs.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding company policies and HR practices with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in an HR administrative or generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of local employment laws and statutory regulations in Singapore.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Organized, meticulous, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
