Responsibilities

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR administrative operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel records in accordance with data protection and confidentiality standards.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely disbursement in compliance with local regulations.
  • Administer employee leave and benefits claims, serving as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, analytics, and documentation for management review.
  • Ensure company adherence to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) employment laws and internal HR policies.
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives and employee engagement programs to promote a strong company culture.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in an HR administrative or executive role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local labor regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and high level of integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle internal stakeholders with tact and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently while managing tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
