Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll for construction staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with Singapore employment regulations
  • Maintain employee records and update HR information systems with payroll and attendance data
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, leave management, and claims processing
  • Liaise with construction project managers to coordinate workforce planning and staffing requirements
  • Support recruitment activities including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes for construction workers
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, CPF contributions, and statutory requirements
  • Prepare payroll reports, variance analyses, and reconciliation statements
  • Handle employee queries related to pay, benefits, and HR policies in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS/payroll software
  • Strong numerical skills and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of meeting tight deadlines
