Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll for construction staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with Singapore employment regulations
- Maintain employee records and update HR information systems with payroll and attendance data
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, leave management, and claims processing
- Liaise with construction project managers to coordinate workforce planning and staffing requirements
- Support recruitment activities including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes for construction workers
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, CPF contributions, and statutory requirements
- Prepare payroll reports, variance analyses, and reconciliation statements
- Handle employee queries related to pay, benefits, and HR policies in a professional and timely manner
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS/payroll software
- Strong numerical skills and keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of meeting tight deadlines
- Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and CPF regulations is an advantage
