Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive salary benchmarking exercises to ensure market competitiveness.
- Propose and implement salary adjustments based on internal HR pay policies and budgetary guidelines.
- Provide expert guidance to Executive Principals and District Heads on HR policy application and compensation strategies.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle administrative processes, including onboarding, transfers, and exits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Support the team in HR audit activities and ensure compliance with MOM regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and dashboard analytics for senior management review.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or Compensation & Benefits.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and HRIS software.
- In-depth knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and local labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- High degree of integrity, discretion, and accuracy in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
