As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for processing monthly payroll for a sizeable employee base, handling CPF submissions, tax clearance, and government claims. You will also manage employee records, administer benefits, and support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. This role requires strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep understanding of Singapore's employment laws and statutory requirements. You will be a trusted point of contact for employees regarding payroll-related queries and will work to continuously improve payroll processes for efficiency and accuracy. Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees, including overtime, allowances, and deductions.
- Administer CPF contributions, SDL, SDF, MOM reports, and other statutory submissions.
- Handle tax clearance for foreign employees and annual IR8A forms.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding contract preparation, orientation, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding.
- Manage government-paid leave schemes (maternity, paternity, childcare, NS) and claims.
- Respond to employee payroll and HR queries, providing clear and timely resolutions.
- Assist in the annual salary review, bonus computation, and year-end processes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on payroll experience in Singapore, with thorough knowledge of the Employment Act and IRAS regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS/payroll software (e.g., Times Software, SAP, or equivalent) and advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
- Strong numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive employee matters.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet strict payroll deadlines.
- Experience with government claims (MOM, CPF) and work pass administration is a plus.
