Chian Teck is seeking a dedicated and efficient HR Executive to join our team in the Admiralty area. As our HR Executive, you will manage the full cycle of payroll processing, ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for all employees with 100% accuracy.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (CPF, IR8A, etc.) and compliance with Singapore Employment Act.
- Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS) with accurate employee data, leave records, and attendance logs.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and company HR policies.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports and analytics for management review.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including insurance and medical claims.
- Support the HR team in recruitment activities and onboarding processes when necessary.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a dedicated Payroll or HR Generalist role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and payroll software systems.
- In-depth knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and statutory requirements (CPF, MOM regulations).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet strict monthly payroll deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
