Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to screening and final offer negotiations.
  • Utilize social media, job boards, and professional networking platforms to build a robust pipeline of candidates.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a seamless integration experience.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring compliance with internal data management standards.
  • Support general HR administrative tasks and employee engagement initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the media, agency, or creative sectors.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and recruitment best practices in Malaysia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional LinkedIn sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-growth organizational environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
