You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to candidate onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout. Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various railway operational and corporate roles.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across diverse channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial telephone/video interviews, and coordinate final stage interviews with department heads.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for frequently hired positions.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
  • Coordinate and participate in career fairs and recruitment roadshows to boost employer branding.
  • Manage candidate records in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand operational requirements and provide advisory support on hiring trends.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or high-volume recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR recruitment software/ATS.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, industrial-focused environment.
  • Energetic, results-oriented, and highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Passion for the public transport or railway industry is highly preferred.
