Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Administer employee relations matters and provide guidance on company policies.
- Support performance management and compensation processes.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Maintain HRIS data and generate reports as needed.
- Assist with benefits administration and employee wellness programs.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives.
- Handle HR inquiries and act as a trusted point of contact for employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO).
- Proficient with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and MS Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
