Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and onboarding of new talent.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations.
  • Administer payroll, attendance tracking, and benefits programs for all staff members.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, counseling, and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and implement internal HR policies to improve operational efficiency and employee engagement.
  • Coordinate staff training, development programs, and performance appraisal cycles.
  • Support management in fostering a positive organizational culture within the cafe and roastery environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar operational role.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and HR information systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethics.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a retail or F&B setting.
