Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires to ensure cultural integration and operational readiness.
  • Oversee accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits administration.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure full compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a healthy workplace culture.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and training programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and payroll administration processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with HRIS platforms.
