Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and HR-related inquiries, providing timely and empathetic support.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy in payroll processing and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate performance management cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, and employee development plans.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS databases, and personnel files in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, events, and training sessions to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and regulatory filings related to employment.
  • Provide guidance to managers and staff on HR policies, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of progressive HR generalist experience, preferably in retail, fashion, or a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., Sprout, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic setting.
  • Willing to work onsite in Manila City and amenable to flexible hours as needed.
