Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits, leave requests, and payroll support in coordination with finance.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Assist in performance management reviews and coordinate training and development programs.
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee files, and organizational charts.
- Conduct new hire orientations to integrate new team members effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Officer.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor standards and HR best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and discretion.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational and time management skills.
