Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for various departments.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Administer performance appraisal systems and coach managers on effective feedback.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company HR policies.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to upskill employees.
- Handle payroll administration and benefits management in coordination with finance.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for leadership review.
- Support organizational change projects and employee engagement programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3‑5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Proven knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated capability in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
