Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Manage and maintain employee records and HR documentation ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of welcome materials and orientation schedules
- Assist with HR administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and processing employee documentation
- Contribute to HR projects including employee engagement initiatives and policy updates
- Support the organization of HR events and training sessions
- Assist with compliance-related tasks and ensure adherence to labor regulations
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus
