Job Description

Park Hotel Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who are passionate about human resources and want to gain hands-on experience in a professional hospitality environment.

In this role, you will support our HR department in various functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and general HR administration. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced HR professionals and gain valuable exposure to different aspects of human resource management.

Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination
  • Assist with new employee onboarding including preparation of documentation and conducting orientation sessions
  • Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and team-building events
  • Maintain accurate HR records and update the HR information system
  • Assist in processing employee benefits and payroll documentation
  • Handle general HR inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain training attendance records
  • Support the HR team in special projects and initiatives as required

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Previous HR or administrative experience is advantageous but not required
