Responsibilities

  • Support the HR team in day-to-day operations, including file management, documentation, and data entry.
  • Assist with recruitment processes such as posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Help coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities and events that foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, memos, and presentations as needed.
  • Assist in training logistics, including session scheduling, venue preparation, and attendance tracking.
  • Contribute to special HR projects and ad-hoc tasks that support departmental goals.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
