In this critical role, you will act as the bridge between operational excellence and legal compliance, ensuring that our workforce is supported while the organization remains protected under Philippine labor laws.

You will oversee the end-to-end HR function while providing high-level counsel on regulatory compliance, contract management, and employee relations. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with Philippine labor laws and company objectives.
- Provide expert legal counsel to management regarding labor disputes, disciplinary actions, and contract negotiations.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring all hiring practices comply with local regulations.
- Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, investigations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Monitor and ensure organizational compliance with all government-mandated requirements and labor standards.
- Coordinate with legal counsel on litigation matters and represent the company in administrative proceedings when necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all HR-related legal files and employee records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (JD) or a related field (HR/Business Administration with strong legal background).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in an HR management or legal advisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and other relevant employment laws.
- Strong background in contract drafting, policy development, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Professional fluency in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
