Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Singapore labor laws and statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, MOM)
- Ensure company policies and procedures comply with the Employment Act, MOM regulations, and other relevant legislation
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support organizational growth and employee engagement
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, dental, and leave management
- Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and personnel files in accordance with data protection policies
- Conduct performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the automotive or service industry
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, and payroll practices
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- HR certification (e.g., IHRP) is an added advantage
