Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic HR policies aligned with business goals and organizational values
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Manage employee relations and act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on workplace issues
- Design and oversee performance management systems to drive accountability and growth
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and internal HR procedures
- Handle HR administration including contracts, benefits administration, and records management
- Champion workplace culture initiatives and employee engagement programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
- 3-5 years of HR experience with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English and Malay
- Strategic thinker with ability to balance operational demands and long-term planning
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications; HRCI or SPRM certification is a plus
