As our HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all human resources functions and ensuring our luxury villa operations run smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior management to address workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development initiatives. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures aligned with luxury villa operations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all positions, from entry-level to supervisory roles
- Oversee employee onboarding, training programs, and professional development initiatives
- Administer performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on career advancement
- Handle employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with local requirements
- Partner with department heads to forecast workforce needs and optimize staffing levels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in hospitality or tourism industry
- Proficient knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, training, and employee relations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
