You will be responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and fostering an environment where top talent can thrive as the company expands.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to support company headcount growth.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program for competitive market positioning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner (minimum 5 years).
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in scaling teams within a fast-paced environment.
- Competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
