Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing HR expertise on organizational design, talent management, and change leadership.
- Drive the execution of core HR processes including performance management, compensation planning, and succession planning.
- Analyze workforce data and people analytics to provide actionable insights that drive business performance and engagement.
- Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent that aligns with DKSH’s market expansion goals.
- Facilitate leadership coaching and team development initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global internal policies across all HR operations.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives and manage internal communications to strengthen employer branding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CIPD or SHRM certification is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in HR Business Partnering or HR Management roles.
- Proven track record of operating within a multi-national or matrix organization.
- Exceptional business acumen with the ability to link HR strategy to commercial outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS platforms and data visualization tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior-level decision-makers.
