Responsibilities
- Lead organizational design and restructuring projects to enhance efficiency and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent management and succession planning frameworks.
- Drive performance management cycles, ensuring alignment with core competencies and strategic objectives.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive organizational culture.
- Oversee HR operations, policies, and ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws.
- Facilitate change management processes to support business transformation and growth.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree (MBA or OD related) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in HR leadership, with a strong focus on Organizational Development.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing OD interventions and strategic HR programs.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, compensation, and HR best practices.
- Ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leadership.
- Willing to work full-time on-site in San Juan City, Metro Manila.
