Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic talent acquisition initiatives aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for clinical, allied health, and administrative positions across the hospital
- Develop and optimize innovative recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent in a competitive market
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, polytechnics, and professional healthcare associations
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment specialists to achieve departmental targets
- Analyze workforce trends and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership for strategic workforce planning
- Enhance candidate experience through streamlined processes and exceptional service delivery
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's employment regulations and hospital policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years focused on staffing and talent acquisition
- Prior experience in healthcare, public sector, or large-scale organizational recruitment preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and modern recruitment technologies
- Professional HR certification (e.g., NUS Diploma in HR, NIHRM) would be advantageous
