Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to support global business expansion and organizational growth objectives
- Lead overseas recruitment initiatives, building strong employer branding presence across multiple regions and attracting high-quality candidates
- Design and implement scalable HR frameworks and policies that align with company culture and support operational efficiency
- Pioneer AI-driven HR operations, implementing innovative technologies to automate processes and enhance decision-making capabilities
- Partner with senior leadership to forecast workforce needs, conduct workforce planning, and develop succession planning strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation
- Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations and company policies
- Build and mentor a high-performing HR team, fostering continuous professional development and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM) is highly advantageous
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with significant focus on talent acquisition and HR operations in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies for international or regional roles
- Demonstrated experience with AI-powered HR tools and technologies; familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws, regulations, and best practices in HR management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Strategic thinking ability with a data-driven approach to HR decision-making and performance measurement
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in a matrix organizational structure
