Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Handle work pass applications and renewals for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with Singapore immigration regulations
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the company
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including employee files and personnel data
- Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Assist in implementing HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and retention
- Coordinate with management to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Stay updated on Singapore labor laws and HR best practices to ensure organizational compliance
Qualifications
- Diploma in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on HR experience
- Proven experience with blue-collar employee management
- Familiarity with Singapore work pass applications and processes
- Singapore citizenship (as specified in the job requirements)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
