Responsibilities
- Assist in the full cycle of recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs and maintain accurate personnel records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Support employee relations initiatives, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Process payroll, ensuring timely and accurate compensation, and manage related statutory contributions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with Philippine labor laws.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Help organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Prepare HR-related reports and provide data analysis to support management decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Generalist, or in a similar HR role, preferably within the e-commerce or consultancy sector.
- Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
