Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new talent.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, payroll support, and leave management systems.
  • Act as a mediator to address employee concerns and foster a culture of open communication and inclusivity.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications to boost morale and retention.
  • Assist management in developing performance management frameworks and training programs.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and analytics to support organizational decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an HR generalist or officer role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization.
