As an HR Officer, you will be the backbone of our operational excellence. You will oversee the day-to-day HR functions, ensuring that our workforce is supported, compliant, and engaged. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including timekeeping, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and benefits.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to facilitating onboarding sessions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS in accordance with data privacy regulations.
- Conduct performance management processes and provide support to management regarding disciplinary actions.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities and help foster a positive, inclusive organizational culture.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and provide analytical insights to leadership.
- Ensure 100% compliance with local labor laws and internal company regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR generalist capacity, preferably within a BPO or similar service-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Philippine labor laws and payroll administration processes.
- Strong computer literacy, specifically in MS Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethics.
- Ability to work effectively on a night shift schedule.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Cebu City.
