Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including timekeeping, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and benefits.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to facilitating onboarding sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS in accordance with data privacy regulations.
  • Conduct performance management processes and provide support to management regarding disciplinary actions.
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities and help foster a positive, inclusive organizational culture.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and provide analytical insights to leadership.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with local labor laws and internal company regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR generalist capacity, preferably within a BPO or similar service-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Philippine labor laws and payroll administration processes.
  • Strong computer literacy, specifically in MS Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethics.
  • Ability to work effectively on a night shift schedule.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Cebu City.
