Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, job offer negotiation, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Administer accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring correct computation of basic pay, overtime, night differential, and government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and deductions (taxes, loans).
  • Maintain and update comprehensive employee 201 files and HR databases, ensuring 100% compliance with data privacy laws and internal auditing standards.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee grievances and disciplinary actions, facilitating conflict resolution and ensuring due process according to company policy and the Labor Code.
  • Coordinate and implement performance management systems, including quarterly reviews and annual appraisals.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance enrollment, government loan applications, and leave management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of company policies, employee handbooks, and HR procedures.
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports to DOLE, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG on a regular basis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of solid generalist HR experience. Experience in the construction, engineering, or manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and government-mandated benefits processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) and experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) or payroll software.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
  • Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Metro Manila and report to our project site.
