Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations including employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation accurately
- Assist in managing employee attendance, leave, and benefits administration
- Coordinate with various departments to support HR initiatives and programs
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations
- Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and processing candidates
- Assist in organizing training sessions and employee development programs
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and special initiatives as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in HR operations or general HR functions
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Indonesian and English
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience with HRIS or HR management systems is advantageous
