Key responsibilities include partnering with cross-functional teams, guiding HR case management in the HRIS, ensuring data integrity for payroll and benefits, and supporting policies communications. You will monitor service level metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements that enhance speed and accuracy of HR services provided to employees and managers. You will work with vendors and stakeholders across regions to harmonize processes and deliver consistent employee experiences.
We expect you to be proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS systems, with a keen eye for detail and a customer-first attitude. Strong communication, collaboration, and multitasking abilities are essential as you handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR operations to manage end-to-end cases across HR processes and systems.
- Provide timely, accurate solutions to employee and manager inquiries, ensuring a high level of service.
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, payroll data quality, and employee lifecycle events.
- Maintain and audit HR data in the HRIS to support payroll, benefits, and reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across a global MNC Shared Service environment.
- Monitor metrics, generate reports, and present insights to stakeholders to inform decisions.
- Communicate policy updates and guidance clearly to employees while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant experience may be substituted.
- 1-3 years of HR operations, HRIS, or shared services experience.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data privacy/compliance standards.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model and collaborate with regional/global teams.
- Professional fluency in English; Malay language skills are a plus.
