Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance management systems including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans
- Design and administer total rewards programs encompassing compensation, benefits, recognition, and work-life balance initiatives
- Analyze workforce planning data to identify talent gaps and succession opportunities
- Conduct market research to benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards
- Partner with department heads to align performance metrics with organizational goals
- Implement HR analytics dashboards to track program ROI and employee engagement metrics
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies
- Lead training programs for managers on performance management techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience with focus on performance management and total rewards
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS systems and data visualization tools
- Deep understanding of Philippine labor laws and compensation regulations
- Experience designing competitive compensation structures and benefits packages
- Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) or total rewards preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex HR concepts
- Proven track record of implementing successful HR programs in a corporate setting
