Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to top candidates.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience for all employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Support payroll preparation, CPF submissions, and government-related claims.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and general office operations.
  • Ensure strict compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and internal HR policies.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, training logistics, and company events.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations for management review.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR or Administrative role.
