Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management, under the guidance of senior recruiters.
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics efficiently, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and recruitment progress.
- Assist in preparing job descriptions, posting vacancies on various job boards, and managing external recruitment platforms.
- Communicate proactively with candidates, providing updates and ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating pre-employment requirements.
- Generate recruitment reports and provide analytical support to monitor key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Must be available for a temporary contract assignment (Maternity Reliever duration).
