Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with department heads to determine staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, agencies) to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate face-to-face interviews with hiring managers.
- Administer pre-employment assessments and background checks to ensure candidate suitability.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring metrics and reports to management.
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent Altius Hospital at job fairs and networking events.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
