Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives and legal compliance.
- Manage end-to-end performance management processes, ensuring fair evaluation and constructive feedback loops.
- Oversee compensation and benefits strategies to ensure competitive market positioning.
- Champion employee relations initiatives to maintain a positive, inclusive, and highly engaged workplace culture.
- Design and facilitate training and development programs to bridge skill gaps and foster leadership growth.
- Ensure full adherence to local labor laws and employment regulations across all HR operations.
- Drive organizational performance through effective workforce planning and succession strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, employment legislation, and HR best practices.
- Proven track record in developing HR frameworks for performance management and total rewards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics to drive evidence-based decision-making.
- Strategic mindset with an analytical approach to solving organizational challenges.
