Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing operations to ensure 100% accuracy and timely disbursement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of HR service delivery specialists, fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement lean improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency.
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal company policies.
