Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing operations to ensure 100% accuracy and timely disbursement.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR service delivery specialists, fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement lean improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal company policies.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular reports, insights, and solutions regarding HR service metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex payroll and HR administration escalations.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity within the HRIS and payroll platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR Shared Services or Payroll Operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, social security, and taxation requirements.
- Proficiency in enterprise-grade HRIS and Payroll software systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets for operational reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume service delivery teams in a corporate setting.
