Job Description

This role supports daily human resources operations across recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance. You will be a key partner in delivering a best-in-class employee experience, from onboarding new hires to maintaining accurate HR records. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, craft compelling job descriptions, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews. You will process and maintain HR data in our HRIS, produce timely reports, and assist with audits. Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs; assist with payroll support, leave management, and attendance tracking.
  • Provide timely HR guidance to employees and respond to routine HR-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate employee relations initiatives, performance management processes, training, and development activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and support data entry, audits, and HRIS updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience; internships and fresh graduates with relevant exposure are welcome.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and standard HR practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
