Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws
- Administer employee benefits programs, payroll, and performance management systems
- Handle employee relations matters, mediate conflicts, and foster positive workplace culture
- Conduct training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and development
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases while ensuring data confidentiality
- Support organizational development initiatives including succession planning and talent retention strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR generalist experience with recruitment focus
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor standards and DOLE regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Certification in HR management (e.g., PHRi, SHRM-CP) is an advantage
