Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
  • Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws
  • Administer employee benefits programs, payroll, and performance management systems
  • Handle employee relations matters, mediate conflicts, and foster positive workplace culture
