Job Description

PT Sahabat Sentra Asia is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Utara. As an HR Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing our human capital operations, ensuring organizational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment. You will be responsible for end-to-end HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and administrative compliance.

The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and a passion for employee development. You will work closely with department heads to support strategic hiring initiatives and streamline HR workflows. Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle day-to-day HR administration, including attendance tracking, leave management, and contract documentation.
  • Support the development and implementation of company policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and company regulations.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance appraisal cycles.
  • Ensure full compliance with local Indonesian labor laws and industrial regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an HR generalist or specialist role.
  • Proficient in Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and BPJS administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS tools.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English is a plus.
