Responsibilities
- Administer and oversee end-to-end compensation and benefits programs including payroll, statutory contributions, and insurance.
- Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to ensure our salary structures remain competitive within the F&B sector.
- Manage employee leave requests, health insurance enrollments, and HMO concerns with high efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with DOLE regulations and internal company policies regarding wage and benefit administration.
- Prepare accurate monthly reports on compensation expenditures and headcount analysis for senior management.
- Coordinate with government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) for timely filing and remittance.
- Collaborate with the HR team to communicate benefit changes and promote employee wellness initiatives.
- Resolve complex payroll inquiries and discrepancies through prompt investigation and resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Compensation & Benefits or C&B specialized HR roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas) is essential.
- Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws, taxation, and statutory benefit requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professional discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Relevant HR certification or background in the F&B industry is highly advantageous.
