Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from crafting compelling job descriptions and active candidate sourcing to conducting interviews, managing offer letters, and conducting pre-employment checks.
  • Administer all aspects of work pass applications (Employment Pass, S Pass, Work Permit), including renewals, cancellations, and appeals, ensuring full compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations.
  • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure a positive, engaging, and productive integration for all new employees.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and punctually, including calculation of basic salaries, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions (e.g., CPF, income tax, SDL).
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR information systems (HRIS) with precision, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with PDPA guidelines.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, providing expert guidance and support on HR-related policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in the review, development, and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to current employment laws and industry best practices.
  • Prepare insightful HR-related reports, analytics, and presentations as required by management for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated expertise in recruitment, work pass administration, onboarding, and payroll processing within Singapore.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical application of Singapore's employment laws, MOM regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software; experience with common HR platforms is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
