As the HR Supervisor, you will act as the primary point of contact for employees, resolving complex workplace issues, managing attendance tracking, and ensuring full compliance with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and Kesehatan regulations. You will serve as the bridge between staff and management, providing clear insights through routine reporting and helping to build a positive, productive organizational culture.

The ideal candidate is someone who possesses strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while navigating operational challenges with diplomacy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end daily HR operations, ensuring administrative excellence and process improvement.
  • Manage employee attendance, timekeeping records, and leave management systems with high accuracy.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with BPJS (Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan) administration and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances, fostering a supportive and professional resolution environment.
  • Prepare and present routine HR performance reports and insights to senior management.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee databases and personnel files in accordance with company policy.
  • Support general office administration and HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an HR supervisory or administrative role.
  • Deep working knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and payroll/BPJS administration.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of integrity and emotional intelligence.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (data reporting).
  • Ability to work independently and maintain professional standards in a fast-paced work environment.
